Features: Micro encapsulations of Early Extra Virgin Olive Oil presented raw in powder form. It is a unique gourmet product, obtained through the culinary technique of micro encapsulation, creating a gastronomic experience on the palate, as it allows the full character of the Mióleum oils to be appreciated before being mixed with the rest of the ingredients. The micro-encapsulated oil does not undergo any type of alteration, which is why the Mióleum EVOO powder retains all its qualities and benefits inside the micro-capsules.

Usage: EVOO Powder is part of haute cuisine and represents a novel culinary proposal. It can be used in an infinite number of recipes, especially raw. It can be used in hot dishes such as stews, soups and creams, or as an accompaniment to meat, fish and vegetables, but it is really ideal for cold dishes such as salads, vinaigrettes, salmorejo, cold soups or gazpachos, to which it will provide not only the flavour of a high quality EVOO but also a very original presentation.

Ingredients: Extra Virgin Olive Oil 85%, Water, Gelling Agent E401, Stabilizer E509

Conservation: Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct light, heat and odours, between 10 and 26ºC. Once opened, store in the refrigerator between 0ºC and 5ºC and consume within 20 days.
