Features: Micro encapsulations of Early Extra Virgin Olive Oil presented raw in powder form. It is a unique gourmet product, obtained through the culinary technique of micro encapsulation, creating a gastronomic experience on the palate, as it allows the full character of the Mióleum oils to be appreciated before being mixed with the rest of the ingredients. The micro-encapsulated oil does not undergo any type of alteration, which is why the Mióleum EVOO powder retains all its qualities and benefits inside the micro-capsules.

Ingredients: Extra Virgin Olive Oil 85%, Water, Gelling Agent E401, Stabilizer E509

Conservation: Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct light, heat and odours, between 10 and 26ºC. Once opened, store in the refrigerator between 0ºC and 5ºC and consume within 20 days.
