Tasting Notes: Very balanced, with a medium intensity of bitterness and spiciness, typical of the Picual variety. Its aroma is exceptionally intense on the nose, highlighting its vegetal notes that present an intense fruity of green grass and fresh wood, light scent of alloza, apple and fig tree. Mild in its spiciness and light in its bitterness.
