Features: Spherifications of Temprano extra virgin olive oil presented raw in the form of caviar. It is a unique gourmet product, obtained through the culinary technique of encapsulation, hatching in the mouth and creating a gastronomic experience on the palate, as this explosion allows the full character of the Mióleum Oils to be appreciated, before mixing with the rest of the ingredients. The encapsulated oil does not undergo any type of alteration, which is why Mióleum EVOO Caviar retains all its qualities and benefits inside the capsules.

Conservation: Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct light, heat and odours, between 10 and 26ºC. Once opened, store in the refrigerator between 0ºC and 5ºC and consume within 20 days.
