MIOLEUM AOVE PREMIUM is a high quality oil with a high content of polyphenols and natural antioxidants that make it resistant to oxidation and beneficial to health.

This is an extra virgin olive oil with an intense green colour. It is ideal to consume raw with a variety of foods, from salads to desserts.

Our MIOLEUM AOVE PREMIUM is an oil with a lot of personality, preserving all the characteristic properties of the Picual variety olives. It is an oil with a very high content of polyphenols and natural antioxidants, which in addition to providing multiple health benefits, help to protect the oil from its natural oxidation, making it keep much better for longer. The high oleic acid content gives our MIOLEUM AOVE PREMIUM a greater density and smoothness in the mouth.

It is an oil that pairs perfectly raw with cheeses, salads, salted or marinated fish, chocolates, or on its own with bread, even with desserts to which it adds a touch of freshness and characteristic greenery.

Flavour: Intense green fruitiness with medium intensity bitterness and spiciness, very balanced. The fruity nuances are dominated by green tones, fig, tomato, alloza, freshly cut grass, slightly apple and intensely green olive leaf on the nose.
